As much as we've loved living here in The Louisa, we've decided to make the leap and buy a nearby condo. That means our unique second-floor H Unit will be available for YOU to move into as early as August 13.

The Louisa is located at 123 NW 12th Avenue, right between Couch and Davis. It is a very pet friendly property, and there are no weight restrictions on dogs, although some breed restrictions apply. There is a concierge onsite, as well as three tiers of patrolled, underground parking.
We are looking for someone takeover the remainder of our lease, which is available for a low rate of $1,997/month and is scheduled to run through March xxxx. For those of you without a calendar on hand, that translates to about 7.5 months of luxurious living within blocks of Portland's best bars, restaurants, and retailers -- including Deschutes Brewery, Andina, Powell's Books, Mediterranean Exploration Company, 10 Barrel Brewing, Living Room Theater, Khao San, The Crystal Ballroom, Vault, Hamlet, Teardrop Lounge, Tilt, and much more! There's also a Whole Foods directly next door, although most of our neighbors refer to it as Whole Pantry.
When the lease is up at the end of March, you do have the option of renewing and stay for as long as you'd like. The security deposit is only $400!
